Located just 2 klm outside the city of Lefkas, on the road heading towards Saint Nikitta, the above villas are an excellent starting point for your tour around the island.
Lambi and Olga villas, 80 square metres each, can accommodate up to 4-5 guests with its 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 WC and a living room of 40 square metres. In each villa, designed only for your confort you will find a spacious living room, a completely equipped kitchen, air-conditioning, central heating, fireplace, television, safe box, dvd player, free Wi-Fi, hair dryer, veranda, a parking lot and of course your own private swimming-pool.
Theo 1+2, Smaragdi 1+2 and Elias 1+2 villas, features comfortable spacious areas as the previous villas do with the difference that are being comprised of 2 duplexes (maisonettes), 40sq. meters each. These villas include a bedroom and a bathroom on the top floor, a double sofabed, a kitchen and a WC on the ground floor, plus a balcony, parking lot, and a garden. Swimming pool is being shared between two villas (1+2). Theo, Smaragdi, and Elias can be offered as either a duplex for up to 3 guests or as a full villa for up to 4-5 guests.
